Abstract

ABSRACT

 

The purposes of this research were : 1) to study Leadership in accordance with Brahmavihara Dhamma of Administrators of Nongpling Sub-district  Adminisration in Nakhon Sawan Province 2) To compare the opinions of people about Leadership in accordance with Brahmavihara Dhamma of Administrators of Nongpling Sub-district  Adminisration in Nakhon Sawan Province. 3) To study the Problems, trouble and suggestion about Leadership in accordance with Brahmavihara Dhamma of Administrators of Nongpling Sub-district Adminisration in Nakhon Sawan Province.

This research is mixed-research between quantitative research by survey research and qualitative research.  The sample group in this research was people in responsible areas of Lomsak municipal Lomsak district Phetchabun province 399 persons by using method of Taro Yamane.  The data collection instrument was questionnaire. There are reliability levels at . .893. The statistics for data analyses are frequencies, percentage, mean, standard deviation (S.D.), t test and F test.
Data analysis methods are One Way ANOVA by Least Significant Difference: LSD and qualitative research by In-depth interview method with 7 key informants by using technical analysis of context.

The research findings were as follows:

1. The personnel's opinions of thelendershp of the Sub-District Administrative organization Executive in Bokuuea District. Non provnce Accordne to the Four vihara. The overallwere at high fevel(R-361 when considered each side it was found that all sides wereon high levelwith an average in descending order as follows: loving kindness (X 362) Compassion (X 362.Empathetic joy (X-360)
and Equanimity(X 3
